Sales Tax
Any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receipt. International orders do not
include any foreign taxes or duties.
Delivery
Domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail, standard mail or UPS and arrive
in 3 to 15 business days. Orders are shipped within 2- 4 business days unless back
ordered. International orders call or email for shipping quote.
Payment Methods
Products may be purchased with pre-paid checks or money orders. MasterCard or Visa credit
cards. There is a $29.00 fee for returned checks, checks are subject to a 7 business day
hold while the check clears. Please note your order number on your check or money order.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized in advance by alstarint.com. No credit will be issued for
any returns without an RMA#. To obtain an RMA# please contact us.
The orginal invoice number is required for all returns.
All authorized returns must be received within 30 days (60 days for Auto-reShip) of the
invoice date. Package and return all containers empty or full along with original invoice
to the address provided in the RMA request. Due to heightened security any packages
received without an RMA# on the outside are automatically destroyed. Full credit or
replacement will be given less the shipping and handling. Auto-reShip orders are
guarantteed for the first 60 days, additional Auto-reShip orders are not refundable.
Damaged or problem shipments must be reported within six (6) business days of receipt to
receive credit or replacement. Customer is responsible for return shipping of
merchandise. 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns not due to a alstarint.com
error.
